As early as you can, especially for weekends in the busy wedding and graduation seasons. Two to four weeks is comfortable; for a large outdoor event or a concert, book a month or more ahead. For an event this week, call us: we will tell you straight away what is free.
Yes. Our event and concert systems come with our own engineer, who sets up, sound-checks and runs the sound for the whole event. Keyboards and smaller items can be hired on their own.
Yes. We work across Arusha and northern Tanzania, including Moshi, Karatu and the safari lodges. Transport is quoted according to the distance.
It depends on the size of the venue, the number of people, the programme and how long we are needed. Send us the details through the quote form and we will reply with an itemised quotation.
Yes. We visit the church, listen to a service, design a system for the space and the budget, install it neatly and train your media team. We also support you afterwards.
